Making a planning application

Planning applications must be submitted to your Local Planning Authority.(LPA)

The planning application must include the following:-

  • The correct form, with all fields completed

  • Supporting documentation such as Plans, Elevations, Sections, Site Survey, Etc, plus including the mandatory national and local documentation, and any other evidence that you think will support your application

  • The correct fee, which will be calculated according to the type of application being submitted

It is very important to submit all of the above information or your planning application will not be considered by your LPA.
